Rino R. Maltais,
Co-founder and Partner
R2 and My HR Partners
Involved in the human resources field since 1998, Rino Maltais focuses his expertise on recruitment, project management, career transition and redeployment.
His entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-found the employability service agency R2 in 2003, then its HR and recruitment division in 2008, which became My HR Partners in 2020. Today, these organisations are recognised as leaders in their respective sectors. This is evidenced by the excellent retention rate of client companies, some of which have been with us since the very beginning.
As a recruiter, Rino has demonstrated that his rigorous and innovative methods ensure his clients’ success. Proactive and collaborative, he is a decisive leader, persuasive, bold, creative, persistent and business savvy.
Bilingual, he holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Université de Moncton. He has also completed studies in adult education and a certificate in human resources management at the University of New Brunswick.

Rico Levesque,

R2 and My HR Partners
Rico Levesque co-founded the employability services agency R2 in 2003, then its HR and recruitment division in 2008, which became My HR Partners in 2020. He is recognised for his expertise in analysis and project management.
As managing partner, he is responsible for the operations, management, and supervision of numerous regional and provincial career transition projects. An outstanding motivator and communicator, he leads his teams while ensuring sound operational and financial management on behalf of his clients. Conscientious and efficient, he has the skills required to manage complex projects requiring the coordination of several components.
Bilingual, Rico holds a Bachelor’s degree in Leisure Management from the Université de Moncton and a diploma in Human Resources Management from the University of New Brunswick.

Michelle Levesque,

Michelle Levesque is a certified executive coach with over 30 years of experience in leadership roles. She supports managers, teams and organisations by focusing on their strengths to maximise their potential in managing workplace challenges. Her sense of ethics, combined with her analytical and concise mind, allow her to provide sound advice that has a significant impact on the strategic decisions of organisations.
Michelle is the founder and owner of Inspire Leadership Inc. and co-founded My HR Partners in 2020. Throughout her career, she has repeatedly demonstrated her mastery of employer-employee relations. A skilled strategist and trusted advisor, she is known for her outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills, integrity and effectiveness.
Bilingual, she holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of New Brunswick. She is also a certified executive coach (Royal Roads University), a member of the International Coach Federation and is Lean Six Sigma certified. Michelle also holds certificates in Negotiation, Mediation and Conflict Resolution (Saint Mary’s University) and Health Services Management (Canadian Healthcare Association).
